Skills Wing Elf Archer

• outcold blast - good at first with a 50% stun and solid damage, but as you level this, it gets better and better as the stun % goes up. very handy skill that skill-cancels and allows 1-2 more hits to be placed. i would level this whenever possible
• wing barrier - your emergency skill when ambushed by several monsters. reduces damage to a minimum so you can safely run/fly away. this is a must for pure agi builds (low hp). slowly level this up with any extra sp you have (i maxed mine out in my level 6x)

If your archer skills in PvP

• colligation bolt - great ambush move that paralyzes for a good length of time. the 1 fury point requirement makes it not especially useful for basic grinding, but it's handy when dealing with PvP. unless you're into PvP, you can keep this at 1. otherwise, try to level it alongside outcold.
• deadly shot - the power shot that can deal devastating damage. long 3 second cast can be trouble if used incorrectly however, so it is typically a starter shot (sometimes followed by a fury burst or stun). max this out alongside outcold
• thunderbolt - basic metal damage attack that has fast cooldown and is frequently used against WR/WBs in PvP. try to max this out early
• thundershock - most commonly is used before thunderbolt, as it reduces the metal defense of the target. cast time might be too long in some situations, but if time allows, it helps out thunderbolt. don't worry about leveling this until level 6x+ when you have more sp.
• wings of protection - % increase of your dodge, so as your agi gets higher and higher, and your dodge gets higher and higher...this skill gets better and better. dodge boost won't be noticeable in PvE (monsters use magic attacks at higher levels, so they don't miss), but PvP, every bit of dodge helps for EA. level this with any extra sp (i maxed mine out at level 6x)
